Pleasantly Surprised
I really didn't know what to expect from this movie when I first sat down. What I got was an amazingly beautiful story of one musician's struggle to find his voice in New York City. Dosunmu brings beautiful aesthetic that perfectly matches the musician's journey through life and finding love in the dark underground world of the New York City streets. Between the acting, the creative directing, and the story, it's safe to say I was really pleasantly surprised and I'm really glad I got to see it! Would highly recommend it if you're looking for a genuinely great film.

Attention catching and brutal
Restless City tells the tale of a young Senegalese immigrant living day by day in New York city experiencing hardship and occasional pleasure along the way. I give this title 3 stars due to the cinematography throughout the film. Some of the scenes filmed were hard to decipher due to the way the film was shot and left me confused. Other than that, the film's story was beautifully told and well worth seeing!

Wonderful Movie
I didn't expect this movie to be so moving. I enjoyed the visuals and the storyline. The main character needed more development but it was a great movie overall.
